Welcome to BBO Events! This Privacy Policy explains how Bizgital Asia Sdn. Bhd. (Company Registration No. 202501016174 (1617588-X)) ("BBO Events," "we," "us," or "our"), located at 3 TOWERS, T3-13-16, Jalan AMPANG, Kampung BEREMBANG, 50450 KUALA LUMPUR, W.P. KUALA LUMPUR, collects, uses, discloses, and protects your Personal Data when you use our ticketing platform, website, and related services (collectively, "Services").
We are committed to protecting your privacy and handling your Personal Data in an open and transparent manner. This Privacy Policy should be read in conjunction with our Terms and Conditions. By using our Services, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your Personal Data as described in this Privacy Policy.   
"Personal Data" refers to any information that can identify you as an individual, directly or indirectly.

We collect Personal Data in the following ways:
Information You Provide Directly:
Account Registration: When you create an account on BBO Events, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, password, and delivery address.
Ticket Purchase: When you purchase tickets, we collect information necessary to process the transaction, including your name, billing information, contact details (email, phone number), and delivery address (if applicable). Sometimes, Event Organisers (EOs) may require additional information for specific events, such as NRIC/Passport number for verification, age, or dietary preferences, which we will collect on their behalf.
Communications: When you contact us for customer support or other inquiries, we collect the information you provide in your communications.
Promotions and Surveys: If you participate in promotions, contests, or surveys, we may collect information you provide for those purposes.
Information Collected Automatically:
Log Data: When you use our Services, our servers automatically record information ("Log Data"), including your Internet Protocol (IP) address, browser type, operating system, the web pages you visited before coming to our site, pages of our site that you visit, the time spent on those pages, information you search for on our site, access times and dates, and other statistics.   
Cookies and Similar Technologies: We use cookies and similar tracking technologies (like web beacons and pixels) to collect information about your interaction with our Services, remember your preferences, and enhance your user experience. Please see Section 5 ("Cookies and Similar Technologies") for more details.
Information from Third Parties:
Payment Processors: We use third-party payment processors to handle financial transactions. These processors will collect and process your payment details. We do not store your full credit card numbers.
Event Organisers (EOs): In some instances, EOs might provide us with information related to events or attendees, although typically data flows from us to them.

3. How We Use Your Personal Data
We use your Personal Data for the following purposes:
To Provide and Manage Our Services:
To create and manage your BBO Events account.
To process your ticket orders and payments.
To deliver your tickets (electronically or physically).
To facilitate your attendance at events.
To Communicate With You:
To send you order confirmations, receipts, and ticket information.
To notify you about event changes, cancellations, or important updates related to events you have purchased tickets for.
To respond to your customer service requests and inquiries.
To send you marketing and promotional communications about events, offers, or new services, but only with your explicit consent and providing you with an option to opt-out.
To Facilitate Events with Event Organisers:
To share necessary Personal Data with Event Organisers to enable them to manage their events, validate ticket holders, provide event-specific information, and ensure event security. (Please note: EOs are responsible for their own use of your data according to their privacy policies).
To Improve Our Platform and Services:
To analyze usage trends and preferences to enhance user experience and improve the functionality of our Services.
For research and development of new products and features.
For Security and Fraud Prevention:
To protect the security and integrity of our Services, our users, and our business.
To detect and prevent fraud, unauthorized transactions, and other illegal activities.
To Comply with Legal Obligations:
To comply with applicable laws, regulations, court orders, or other legal processes.

4. Who We Share Your Personal Data With (Disclosure)
We do not sell your Personal Data. We may share your Personal Data with the following parties only in the circumstances described below:
Event Organisers (EOs):
We share Personal Data (such as your name, contact information, and ticket details, and any other information specifically required by the EO for their event) with the EOs of the events for which you purchase tickets. This enables them to manage their event, admit attendees, provide event-specific communications, and for security purposes.
EOs have their own privacy policies and practices, and BBO Events is not responsible for how EOs use your Personal Data after it has been shared with them. We encourage you to review the privacy policy of the specific EO for the event you are attending.
Third-Party Service Providers:
We engage trusted third-party companies and individuals to perform services on our behalf, such as payment processing, data hosting, email delivery, customer support tools, data analytics, and marketing assistance. These providers will only have access to your Personal Data to the extent necessary to perform these tasks on our behalf and are obligated not to disclose or use it for any other purpose.   
Legal Authorities and Law Enforcement:
We may disclose your Personal Data if required to do so by law or in the good faith belief that such action is necessary to comply with a legal obligation, protect and defend our rights or property, prevent or investigate possible wrongdoing in connection with the Services, protect the personal safety of users of the Services or the public, or protect against legal liability.   
Business Transfers:
In the event of a merger, acquisition, reorganization, bankruptcy, or sale of all or a portion of our assets, your Personal Data may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you of any such deal and outline your choices in that event.

Our Services are not directed to individuals under the age of 18 (or the applicable age of majority). We do not knowingly collect Personal Data from children. If we become aware that we have collected Personal Data from a child without verification of parental consent, we will take steps to remove that information from our servers. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with Personal Data, please contact us.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for other operational, legal, or regulatory reasons.
