Promotions and Surveys: If you participate in promotions, contests, or surveys, we may collect information you provide for those purposes.
Information Collected Automatically:
Log Data: When you use our Services, our servers automatically record information ("Log Data"), including your Internet Protocol (IP) address, browser type, operating system, the web pages you visited before coming to our site, pages of our site that you visit, the time spent on those pages, information you search for on our site, access times and dates, and other statistics.

To create and manage your BBO Events account.
To process your ticket orders and payments.
To deliver your tickets (electronically or physically).

To share necessary Personal Data with Event Organisers to enable them to manage their events, validate ticket holders, provide event-specific information, and ensure event security. (Please note: EOs are responsible for their own use of your data according to their privacy policies).

To analyze usage trends and preferences to enhance user experience and improve the functionality of our Services.
For research and development of new products and features.
For Security and Fraud Prevention:
To protect the security and integrity of our Services, our users, and our business.

Event Organisers (EOs):
We share Personal Data (such as your name, contact information, and ticket details, and any other information specifically required by the EO for their event) with the EOs of the events for which you purchase tickets. This enables them to manage their event, admit attendees, provide event-specific communications, and for security purposes.
EOs have their own privacy policies and practices, and BBO Events is not responsible for how EOs use your Personal Data after it has been shared with them. We encourage you to review the privacy policy of the specific EO for the event you are attending.
Third-Party Service Providers:
We engage trusted third-party companies and individuals to perform services on our behalf, such as payment processing, data hosting, email delivery, customer support tools, data analytics, and marketing assistance. These providers will only have access to your Personal Data to the extent necessary to perform these tasks on our behalf and are obligated not to disclose or use it for any other purpose.
Legal Authorities and Law Enforcement:
